There are some natural and home remedies that are even more beneficial for hair growth, as compared to commercial, store-bought products. Moreover, they are also believed to be safer, since they have fewer side effects. Some common hair loss natural remedies include:
• Coconut oil: Applying coconut milk on your scalp regularly would help in preventing hair loss. Alternately, mix some coconut oil with either lime juice or lime water and apply it on your hair for some time, before rinsing it off.
• Raw eggs: Take the yolk of a raw egg and massage it onto your scalp, using your fingers. Make sure that you leave the egg on for at least an hour, before you wash it off. You could also add some lemon juice, olive oil (2 tablespoons) and some rosemary to the egg yolks. Apply the mixture on the roots of your hair and leave it on for an hour, before washing it off.
• Spinach juice: Drink one glass of spinach juice or a mixture of spinach and cabbage juice to prevent your hair from falling.
• Rosemary: Boil a few rosemary leaves in a pot of water for about 10 minutes. Strain the liquid and store it. Use this liquid to rinse your hair, preferably everyday.
• Massages: Massages are very effective in reducing hair fall and they promote the growth of new hair. Use some warm oil to massage your hair, as frequently as possible.
