• Drink about 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday to keep your hair well hydrated.
• Silica is another very useful nutrient to strengthen you hairs and enhance its growth. You can add organic silica to your shampoo and use it to wash your hair. Foods such as sprouts, peppers, asparagus, cauliflower, green vegetables, sunflower seeds, rice, strawberry, onions and cucumbers have a good amount of silica in them.
