• Massage your hair often with warm oil. This will help in stimulating blood circulation in your scalp which helps keep your hair follicles active. You could use coconut, olive, almond, lavander or tea tree oil to massage your scalp.
• Apply henna to your hair. This helps in conditioning your hair and scalp.
• Mix lettuce juice with spinach juice and have 2 to 3 glasses everyday. This will not only prevent hair fall but help in re growth of hair.
• Silica if taken with calcium and iron will help prevent hair loss and build new hair.
• Mix 2 eggs, some curd and henna powder, then apply this mixture to your hair and leave it on for 30 minutes and wash it off with some water and a mild shampoo. This will condition and help stop hair fall.
